Opinion of the Court
ORDER DENYING TRANSFER
Before the Panel: Defendants Goldman Kurland and Mohidin, LLP, and Ahmed Mohidin (collectively, the Auditor Defendants) move under 28 U.S.C. § 1407 to centralize pretrial proceedings in this litigation in the Central District of California. This litigation consists of two actions, one pending in the District of Arizona and one in the Central District of California, as listed on Schedule A. None of the other parties in these actions responded to the Auditor Defendants’ motion.
On the basis of the papers filed,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the motion for centralization of these actions is denied.
