Norman (arraignment) Stephen F. Keane (trial) Sentence adjudged 3 September 2020 by a special court-martial con- vened at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, consisting of a military judge sitting alone. Sentence in the Entry of Judgment: reduction to E-1, confinement for 8 months, forfeiture of $1,100.00 pay per month for 8 months, and a bad-conduct discharge.
