Ostrom (arraignment) Nicholas Henry (trial) Sentence adjudged 19 August 2020 by a special court-martial con- vened at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, consist- ing of a military judge sitting alone. Sentence in the Entry of Judg- ment: reduction to E-1, confinement for 5 months, and a bad-conduct discharge.
