CHATHAM Lance Corporal (E-3), U.S. Marine Corps Appellant No. 202100051 Decided: 13 May 2021 Appeal from the United States Navy-Marine Corps Trial Judiciary Military Judge: Derek A. Poteet Sentence adjudged 20 November 2020 by a special court-martial con- vened at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, consisting of a military judge sitting alone. Sentence in the Entry of Judgment: con- finement for 7 months, reduction to E-1, forfeiture of $1000 per month for 12 months, and a bad-conduct discharge.
