PRIOLEAU Corporal (E-4), U.S. Marine Corps Appellant No. 202100163 Decided: 18 November 2021 Appeal from the United States Navy-Marine Corps Trial Judiciary Military Judge: Ann K. Minami Sentence adjudged 12 April 2021 by a special court-martial convened at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, consisting of a military judge sitting alone. Sentence in the Entry of Judgment: reduction to E-1, confinement for 6 months, forfeiture of $1,100 pay per month for months, and a bad-conduct discharge.
