ROCHE Lance Corporal (E-3), U.S. Marine Corps Appellant No. 202100281 _________________________ Decided: 16 December 2021 Appeal from the United States Navy-Marine Corps Trial Judiciary Military Judge: Benjamin A. Robles Sentence adjudged 28 July 2021 by a special court-martial convened at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, consisting of a military judge sitting alone. Sentence in the Entry of Judgment: reduction to E-1, confinement for 10 months, 1 forfeiture of $1,000.00 pay per month for five months, and a bad-conduct discharge.

1 Appellant received five days of pretrial confinement credit.
