Goode Sentence adjudged 14 June 2021 by a special court-martial convened at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, consisting of a military judge sitting alone. Sentence in the Entry of Judgment: reduction to E-1, confinement for 120 days, and a bad-conduct dis- charge. 1 For Appellant: Commander Michael E. Maffei, JAGC, USN

1 Appellant received 80 days of pretrial confinement credit.
