Poteet Sentence adjudged 5 January 2024 by a special court-martial convened at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, consisting of a mil- itary judge sitting alone. Sentence in the Entry of Judgment: reduction to E-3, confinement for eight months, and a bad-conduct discharge.1 For Appellant: Lieutenant Colonel Gregory P. Adams, U.S. Marine Corps
