Hamon Sentence adjudged 30 January 2024 by a special court-martial tried at Naval Station San Diego, California, consisting of a military judge sit- ting alone. Sentence in the Entry of Judgment: reduction to E-5, con- finement for 45 days, and a bad-conduct discharge.
