Henry (motions and trial) John L. Ferriter (post-trial and entry of judgment) Sentence adjudged 16 March 2023 by a general court-martial convened at Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, South Carolina, consist- ing of a military judge sitting alone. Sentence in the Entry of Judgment: reduction to E-1, confinement for ninety days, and a bad-conduct dis- charge.
