Catto Sentence adjudged 16 February 2024 by a general court-martial tried at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, consisting of a military judge sitting alone. Sentence in the Entry of Judgment: reduction to E-2, and confinement for five months. 1 For Appellant: Lieutenant Zoe R. Danielczyk, JAGC, USN
1 Appellant was credited with having served 352 days of pretrial confinement.
