WILLIS Corporal (E-4), U.S. Marine Corps Appellant No. 202400334 _________________________ Decided: 14 February 2025 Appeal from the United States Navy-Marine Corps Trial Judiciary Military Judge: Eric A. Catto Sentence adjudged 1 May 2024 by a general court-martial tried at Ma- rine Corps Base Hawaii consisting of a military judge sitting alone. Sen- tence in the Entry of Judgment: 6 months of confinement, reduction to paygrade E-1, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and a bad-conduct discharge.
