Poteet (arraignment) Matthew M. Harris (trial) Sentence adjudged 29 March 2024 by a general court-martial tried at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, California, consisting of a military judge sitting alone. Sentence in the Entry of Judgment: confinement for months, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and a dishonorable dis- charge. 1 For Appellant: Lieutenant Benjamin M. Cook, JAGC, USN
