Mossor (arraignment) Ryan C. Lipton (trial) Sentence adjudged 17 May 2024 by a general court-martial tried at Ma- rine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, consisting of a military judge sitting alone. Sentence in the Entry of Judgment: reduction in grade to E-1, confinement for twenty-six months, and a dishonorable discharge.
