SMITH Lance Corporal (E-3), U.S. Marine Corps Appellant No. 202500237 _________________________ Decided: 18 November 2025 Appeal from the United States Navy-Marine Corps Trial Judiciary Military Judge: Eric A. Catto Sentence adjudged 30 January 2025 by a general court-martial con- vened at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, consisting of a mil- itary judge sitting alone. Sentence in the Entry of Judgment: reduction to E-1, confinement for 18 months, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and a dishonorable discharge.
