Whitican Sentence adjudged 18 August 2025 by a general court-martial tried at Navy Region Northwest Bremerton, Washington, consisting of a mili- tary judge sitting alone. Sentence in the Entry of Judgment: reduction to E-3, confinement for 13 months, and a bad-conduct discharge.
