Per Curiam:

The motion to substitute L. N. Jordan as a party appellee is granted. The motion of the appellees to dismiss the appeal herein is granted, and the appeal is dismissed for the reason that the judgment sought herein to be reviewed is based upon a nonfederal ground adequate to support it.
