Opinion of the Court

In this case probable jurisdiction is noted. The motion to substitute Walter H. White and William A. Jackson, members of the State Liquor Commission, as appellees herein in place of William M. Marcotte, Jr., and Bernard B. Chase, respectively, is granted. Further consideration of said motion, insofar as it requests the substitution of Francis P. Murphy, Governor of the State of New Hampshire, for H. Styles Bridges, is postponed to the hearing of the case on the merits.
