Government contract; experimental and development expenses and production tooling costs incurred in prior fixed-price contracts recoverable under cost-plus-a-fixed-fee contract. Judgment for the plantiff.

Defendant’s petition for writ of certiorari having been granted (843 U. S. 913), the judgment of the Court of Claims was affirmed October 27, 1952, by an equally divided court. Opinion per curiam.
