The Court, agreeing with the construction of the Fair Labor Standards Act given it by the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals in Tobin v. Blue Channel Corp., 198 F. 2d 245, reverses the judgments below. Bessie Margolin argued the cause for petitioner.
