Certiorari, 352 U. S. 999, to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Argued January 28, 1958. This case is restored to the calendar for reargument. Counsel are asked to brief and argue the application of Erie R. Co. v. Tompkins, 304 U. S. 64, in connection with question II of the questions presented in respondent’s brief, and point III of the points in petitioner’s reply brief.
