Supreme Court of the United States · Decided June 4, 1984 · Brennan, Marshall, White, Whom
467 U.S. 1222; 104 S. Ct. 2672; 52 U.S.L.W. 3873; 81 L. Ed. 2d 869; 1984 U.S. LEXIS 2438 (United States Reports)

Karcher v. Daggett

Opinion of the Court

Affirmed on appeal from D. C. N. J.

Dissenting Opinion

Justice Brennan, with whom Justice White and Justice Marshall join,

dissenting.

For the reasons I stated when the Court denied the appellants’ application for a stay of the District Court’s order, Karcher v. Daggett, 466 U. S. 910, 911 (1984) (dissenting opinion), I would note probable jurisdiction and set the case for oral argument.
