Supreme Court of the United States
Chambers v. American Greetings Corp., 469 U.S. 878 (1984)
83 L. Ed. 2d 179; 105 S. Ct. 240; 1984 U.S. LEXIS 4883

Chambers v. American Greetings Corp.

Opinion of the Court

C. A. 8th Cir.; and

C. A. Fed. Cir. Motions of petitioners for leave to proceed in forma pauperis denied. Petitioners are allowed until October 30, 1984, within which to pay the docketing fee required by Rule 45(a) and to submit petitions in compliance with Rule 33 of the Rules of this Court.

Dissenting Opinion

Justice Brennan, Justice Marshall, and Justice Stevens,

dissenting.

For the reasons expressed in Brown v. Herald Co., 464 U. S. 928 (1983), we would deny the petitions for writs of certiorari without reaching the merits of the motions to proceed informa pauperis.
