Hamilton v. Calderon

Supreme Court of the United States
Hamilton v. Calderon, 512 U.S. 1229 (1994)
114 S. Ct. 2728

Hamilton v. Calderon

Opinion of the Court

C. A. 9th Cir. Motion of counsel to supplement the petition for writ of certiorari denied. Certiorari denied.

Dissenting Opinion

Justice Blackmun,

dissenting.

Adhering to my view that the death penalty cannot be imposed fairly within the constraints of our Constitution, see my dissent in Callins v. Collins, 510 U. S. 1141, 1143 (1994), I would grant certiorari and vacate the death sentence in this case.
