MULRONEY, Judge: Respondent determined deficiencies in petitioners' income tax for the years 1960 and 1961 in the amounts of $209.25 and $200.17, respectively. Stephen J. Thiel, who will be called petitioner, is an osteopathic physician who lives in Cincinnati, Ohio.
