Petitioner has now filed a motion for attorney’s fees and costs, dated April 11, 2022, (ECF No. 45), requesting a total award of $28,894.19 (representing $27,385.90 in fees and $1,508.29 in costs). In accordance with General Order No. 9, Petitioner filed a signed statement indicating that he incurred out-of-pocket expenses in the amount of $400.00. (Id. at 2). Respondent reacted to the motion on April 25, 2022, indicating that he is satisfied the statutory requirements for an award of attorneys’ fees and costs are met in this case, deferring resolution of the amount to be awarded at the Court’s discretion. (ECF No. 46). Petitioner filed a reply on April 26, 2022, requesting the Court award all fees and costs requested in Petitioner’s application. (ECF No. 47).
I have reviewed the billing records submitted with Petitioner’s request. In my experience, the request appears reasonable, and I find no cause to reduce the requested hours or rates.

Accordingly, petitioner is awarded the total amount of $29,294.19 3 as follows: • A lump sum of $28,894.19, representing reimbursement for fees and costs, in the form of a check payable jointly to Petitioner and Petitioner’s counsel and; • A lump sum of $400.00, representing reimbursement for Petitioner’s costs, in the form of a check payable to Petitioner.
In the absence of a timely-filed motion for review (see Appendix B to the Rules of the Court), the Clerk shall enter judgment in accordance with this decision. 4 IT IS SO ORDERED.
