ORDER CONCLUDING PROCEEDINGS1 On August 4, 2020, Antoni Baluta filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, 42 U.S.C. §300aa-10, et seq.2 (the “Vaccine Act”). Petitioner alleges that he suffered Guillain-Barre Syndrome (“GBS”) resulting from adverse effects of the influenza (“flu”) vaccination he received on October 11, 2017. Petition at 1.

On March 8, 2024, Petitioner filed a Joint Stipulation of Dismissal on behalf of both parties.

Accordingly, pursuant to Vaccine Rule 21(a), the above-captioned case is hereby dismissed without prejudice. The Clerk of the Court is hereby instructed that a judgment shall not enter in the instant case pursuant to Vaccine Rule 21(a).
