McQuinn filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, 42 U.S.C. §300aa-10, et seq. 2 (the “Vaccine Act”). Petitioner alleged that he suffered injuries, including Guillain-Barré syndrome as a result of an influenza vaccine he received to his left deltoid on November 27, 2018. Petition, ECF No. 1. On April 6, 2023, I issued a decision awarding compensation to Petitioner based on the Respondent’s proffer. ECF No. 37.
