Since the last extension, USCIS has determined to interview Plaintiff Krishnan. To give the parties time to discuss potential resolution of this case, as well as allow the government additional time for further expedited administrative processing of Plaintiff Krishnan’s case, the parties stipulate and jointly request that the Court extend Defendants’ time to respond to the Complaint until May 5, 2023.
