FILED IN THE 2 U.S. DISTRICT COURT EASTERN DISTRICT OF WASHINGTON 3 Oct 08, 2024 4 SEAN F. MCAVOY, CLERK 5 UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT 6 EASTERN DISTRICT OF WASHINGTON KENNETH A. HOLEMAN, and YANXIA LI, No. 1:23-CV-03191-SAB 10 Plaintiffs, 11 v. ORDER OF DISMISSAL JONATHAN WEST, field office director of Yakima Field Office, United States Citizenship and Immigration Services; UNITED STATES CITIZENSHIP AND IMMIGRATION SERVICES; and U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY, 19 Defendants.
20 On July 8, 2024, this Court directed Plaintiff to file a status report in this matter on or before July 18, 2024, or face dismissal for failure to prosecute. ECF No. 7. Plaintiff is represented by Gregory Hoover. Defendants have not appeared.
