17 JOINT STIPULATION 18 Pursuant to the Court’s Order of August 1, 2025 (Dkt. 145), the parties currently have three deadlines in the month of October set to (1) conduct a Rule 26(f) conference, (2) exchange initial disclosures, and (3) file a combined joint status report and discovery plan.
