Opinion of the Court
On January 19, 1944, state road truck no. 838-3 while cindering a road under its jurisdiction in Randolph county, in foggy weather, negligently struck claimant’s car causing damage which cost $48.26 to repair.
Respondent recommends and the attorney general approves its payment.
An award of forty-eight dollars and twenty-six cents ($48.26) is made to claimant.
