PER CURIAM

All of the foregoing claims are disallowed for the reasons set forth in the opinion of this Court heretofore filed in deciding the claims of *18*Airkem Sales and Service, Claimant, et al, vs. Department of Mental Health, Respondent, covering Claims No. D-333 to D-347, inclusive, the factual situation and the law applicable thereto being the same as that involved in the foregoing decision of this Court.

Claims disallowed.
