Upon the stipulation of the parties to the effect that on June &, 1976, a loose spike in a traffic counter which had been placed *254across W.Va.-U.S. Route 250 in Randolph County by the respondent penetrated a front tire of the claimant’s vehicle causing the cable to which it was attached to wrap around the wheel and resulting in damage in the sum of $79.25, an award in that sum should be, and it is hereby, made.

Award of $79.25.
