Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM:

Upon written stipulation to the effect that on or about November 19, 1974, employees of the respondent were digging on the land of Durstine Perrine, located near State Route 5/6 in Braxton County, West Virginia; and to the effect that, while engaged in said digging, the respondent negligently damaged telephone cables belonging to the claimant in the amount of $239.68; the Court finds the respondent liable, and an award in the above-stated amount is hereby made.

Award of $239.68.
