PER CURIAM:

Claimant herein seeks payment of the sum of $110.00 for *158court reporter services furnished to the Attorney General’s Office. The respondent admits the validity and amount of the claim, and, as sufficient funds remained in its appropriation for the fiscal year in question from which the claim could have been paid, the Court hereby makes an award to the claimant in the amount requested.
