Chicago Embroidery Co. v. Office of the Secretary of State

Claimant herein seeks payment of the sum of $3,468.07 for cloth emblems of the State seal purchased by the respondent. The claim is submitted for decision upon the pleadings, which reveal that the claim is valid and that sufficient funds remained *169in respondent’s appropriation for the fiscal year in question from which the obligation could have been paid.

Based on the foregoing, the Court hereby makes an award to the claimant in the amount requested.
