PER CURIAM:

The claimant seeks $2,822.00 for unemployment compensation tax owned by the respondent.

The factual situation in this claim is identical to that in Dept. of Employment Security vs. Dept.of Corrections, 14 *390Ct.Cl. 387 (1983), and, accordingly, the Court makes an award to the claimant in the amount of $2,822.00.
