PER CURIAM:

This claim was submitted upon a written order and stipulation to the effect that the factual situation and applicable law is the same as in the claims of Vecellio & Grogan, Inc. vs. Department of Highways, CC-81-425 and CC-82-92, and should be considered with those claims. Based on the opinion of VecelUo *476& Grogan, Inc. vs. Department of Highways, issued on May 19, 1983, the Court makes an award to the claimant in the amount of $2,499.74.
