Claimant is an employee of Spencer State Hospital who seeks $15.00 for the replacement cost of a shirt which was torn by a patient at Spencer. Respondent, in its Answer, admits the validity and amount of the claim. In view of the foregoing, the Court grants an award in the amount of $15.00.
